See the white stuff on the ground? It's called snow! And according to comments on this video by people in the same city, it was morning after a snow storm, not freezing rain. So it's snow! Well you see, snow tends to melt especially when cars drive over it. So naturally there is going to be ice on roads just some more than others for various reasons. You shouldn't have to be told about it in the description, its common sense and you should have figured it out watching the video since you try to pretend you're so smart when it comes to these situations.
