Then you'd know that Scruffy77 it's just pulling your leg, because while the spawncamped the other team, their engineer built a dispenser just there. Dispensers gives out ammo all the time and finishes it only after a while, but automatically regenerate it. So there, no cheats, no hacks, pure and simple gameplay.

I use the Steam version (for PC, in case it's too hard for you to understand) and I purchased the game AFTER the patch that limited the ammo. I wasn't looking at his total ammo capacity, so I thought you said he had unlimited ammo from scratch.
