You likened child abuse to adults boxing. I understand why medical associations oppose boxing. My point that misogny on the footy is like punching in boxing, is flawless. You have a flawed argument. The point is that societal intervention to protect harm occurring is justified. The fact that boxing or misogyny is engaged in by consensual adults is irrelevant. Some activities are so harmful (either to the participants or to others) that action to stop them is a legitimate act. This is the basis upon which boxing is opposed and why the footy show overstepped the mark. I hope you now understand this.

The issue isn't their consent, the issue is whether it is appropriate for the community to intervene to protect harm occurring. You missed the point and failed to see the analogy with child abuse. It may be youtube but it is still in the public domain, manners still apply and the law also applies here too, so learn some manners and don't engage in abusive languague.
